Finally went to this beautiful place, which is just 1 1/2 hours away by train from Barcelona!!
To get there you need to take the train “R5” from the station at Plaça Espanya. After approximately 1h and 10 min you will reach the station “Monistrol the Montserrat”. From there the “Cremallera de Montserrat” will get you up in the montains where the Monasterio is located😊
From the Monestario you can also go on several different hikes! We choose a short one and walked to a little chapel:)
