San Clemente

Sadly our three weeks have come to an end. My friend is flying home and I am going to fly to Virgina, which I am super excited about because I finally get to see my host parents and a few friends after almost two years again, but I also would love to stay in the warm weather😔 California was so much fun and I´m In incredibly thankful that I was able to experience so much in just such a short amount of time.

Since we were about to leave I had to force my friend once again to take pictures to my in the backyard🤗

We drove around with this super cool Landcruiser which was by far the oldest and biggest car I ever drove:

Normally we were able to drive around with a BMW which was definitely way easier to drive, but we were just super super that we could borrow a car. Renting a car is impossible when you´re not at least 21 and it would have cost us definitely to much money. Not having a car at all is also not really an option either since you can’t really get anywhere without driving. So thanks to Leigh and the fact that she owes three cars we were able to go shopping, go to the movies, get food (not to forget the Açaí bowls), visit places and so much more that made our time there even more exciting:)

Then the day had come when we needed to say goodbye..

I´m absolutely in love with everything about Capistrano Beach and Leigh´s house. Its location couldn’t be any better, since it only takes you 5 min to walk to the beach, not even 30 min to drive to even prettier beaches as the one in Laguna, there are shopping possiblities just everywhere you go, you are in San Diego and LA within an hour and there’s a pool in the backyard. There’s nothing more I could want 🤷🏼‍♀️

That’s exactly why I decided to reschedule my flights so I can stay one more week In California after I stayed in Virgina before going home🤗🤗🤗
